據報道,心臟病基金會(Heart Foundation)西澳營養(yǎng)師經理漢伯里女士(Amelia Hanbury)表示,最常見的飯盒材料-零食,有含量很高的飽和脂肪、糖和鹽。
本周澳IGA超市調查了一千位家長發(fā)現,81%的父母為了節(jié)省時間,給孩子們用預包裝零食做午餐。有1/3的受訪者表示,每天他們只花15分鐘給孩子準備學校午餐。

As parents prepare to send WA children back to school next week, experts are urging even the most time-poor parents to steer clear of pre-packaged foods.
Heart Foundation WA nutrition manager Amelia Hanbury said most common lunch box fillers - such as snack bars - are high in saturated fat, sugar and salt.
“We know from the most recent Australian health survey that 41 per cent of energy for children is coming from these discretionary foods,” she said.
