食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)美國食品安全新聞網(wǎng)消息,近日美國FDA對兩家乳企與一家糖果廠發(fā)布警告信,通報的問題有獸藥殘留與衛(wèi)生不良。
據(jù)了解,12月7日美國FDA發(fā)出兩份警告信,一家公司待宰牛的腎臟去呋喃甲?;^孢噻吩(desfuroylceftiofur)殘留量為8.25ppm,超出美國FDA規(guī)定的0.4ppm;另一家公司待宰牛的腎臟檢出新霉素(neomycin)13.06ppm,超出美國FDA制定的7.2ppm。糖果廠則違反了美國FDA良好操作規(guī)范(CGMP)的要求,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在員工不洗手、未使用清潔劑清洗食品接觸臺面的現(xiàn)象。

Oomsview Holsteins of Constable, NY, sold a cow to be slaughtered for food which was found to have 8.25 parts per million (ppm) of desfuroylceftiofur (marker residue for ceftiofur) in its kidney tissue.
Chris A. Papas and Sons Co. of Covington, KY, was cited for “significant violations” of FDA's Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations for manufacturing, packing, or holding human food.
