食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)新加坡農(nóng)糧局消息，1月29日新加坡農(nóng)糧局（AVA）發(fā)布2016年修訂版食品法規(guī)，并要求所有進(jìn)口商遵守該法例要求。新法規(guī)自2月2日起實(shí)施。

    新法規(guī)包括批準(zhǔn)甜味劑advantame用于食品；批準(zhǔn)乳鐵蛋白用于嬰兒配方奶粉，最大用量為100mg/100ml；規(guī)定“有機(jī)”或類似用語(yǔ)必須通過(guò)權(quán)威部門(mén)有機(jī)認(rèn)證；同時(shí)禁止供人用生奶的進(jìn)口、銷售與廣告宣傳，同時(shí)還包括標(biāo)簽使用“改良淀粉”術(shù)語(yǔ)的條款。

    FOOD （AMENDMENT） REGULATIONS 2016 The Food （Amendment） Regulations 2016 （previously known as the draft Food （Amendment） Regulations 2015） will come into operation on 2 February 2016.

    2. This set of amendments contains trade facilitating measures such as the provision for the use of advantame, a new sweetening agent, in foods under good manufacturing practice, as well as allowing bovine lactoferrin, a new ingredient, in infant formulas, at levels up to 100 mg/100 ml. Also included is a requirement that food products labelled as “organic” （or similar terms） must be certified as organic under an inspection and certification system that complies with the Codex Guidelines for the Production, Processing, Labelling and Marketing of Organically Produced

    Foods, GL 32-1999; or similar.

    3. Other changes include the prohibition of the import, sale and advertisement of raw milk for direct human consumption; and provision for the use of the generic term “Modified Starches” for labelling purposes.
