食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)加拿大衛(wèi)生部消息，3月4日加拿大衛(wèi)生部發(fā)布公告，修訂添加劑列表，批準(zhǔn)蘋(píng)果酸氫鈉（Sodium Hydrogen Malate）作為被膜劑用于部分食品。

    據(jù)了解，目前加拿大已對(duì)蘋(píng)果酸氫鈉作為被膜劑進(jìn)行評(píng)估，安全性符合要求，因此批準(zhǔn)其用于口香糖、無(wú)糖飲料、糖果與明膠甜點(diǎn)粉。

    Health Canada's Food Directorate completed a detailed safety assessment of a food additive submission seeking approval for the use of sodium hydrogen malate in an unstandardized flavouring preparation to be used in chewing gum, dry beverage mixes, unstandardized confectionery and gelatin dessert powders.

    As no safety concerns were raised through this assessment, it is the intention of Health Canada to enable this food additive, as described in the information document. The purpose of this communication is to publically announce the Department's intention in this regard and to provide the appropriate contact information for any inquiries or for those wishing to submit any new scientific information relevant to the safety of this food additive.
