食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)外媒報道，澳大利亞南澳地區(qū)首家生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營駱駝奶的奶場Humpalicious位于本省北部，剛開張不久，因為駱駝奶有多種保健作用，奶品已供不應(yīng)求。

    據(jù)報道，奶場主人希爾（Warwick Hill）和太太是兩年前在旅游時產(chǎn)生靈感。當時他們在沙漠里遇到兩個人，對駱駝奶十分了解。對此產(chǎn)生興趣的希爾太太開始閱讀并尋找了大量的健康雜志和醫(yī)學雜志，發(fā)現(xiàn)了駱駝奶的潛力。

    他們稱，駱駝奶含有豐富的免疫球蛋白，這些抗體十分微小，可以滲透人體腸道被吸收，此外其乳糖成分與牛奶不同，適合許多患乳糖不耐癥（lactose intolerance）的人群。

    希爾夫婦的駱駝奶場現(xiàn)在每天出產(chǎn)大約30升駱駝奶，經(jīng)消毒包裝后運往全國各地。

    South Australia's first functioning camel dairy - Humpalicious - has swung into operation near Port Germein in the state's Mid North and is already flat out keeping up with demand.

    Former sailor Warwick Hill and his wife TJ say they hatched the idea for the “drome-dairy” about two years ago while travelling in the remote indigenous APY Lands.

    “We were in the desert and we came across a couple of people who knew about camel milk,” Ms Hill said.
