為了解兩種農(nóng)藥在植物、加工商品、輪作農(nóng)作物以及牲畜中的最大殘留限量，EFSA審查了91/414/EEC號指令當(dāng)中的結(jié)論以及成員國的數(shù)據(jù)。

 

    在現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)之上，EFSA得出最大殘留限量提案并開展了消費者風(fēng)險評估。經(jīng)過評估，維持大米中芐嘧磺隆0.01ppm的最大殘留限量，其他商品中的殘留限量還需進(jìn)一步評估。

    According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRLs） currently established at the European level for the pesticide active substance bensulfuron-methyl. To assess the occurrence of bensulfuron-methyl residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC as well as the authorisations reported by the Member States （including the supporting residues data）。 based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out.
