食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局消息,近日歐盟食品安全局分別評估了蘋果酸二羥合鎂和蘋果酸二羥合鈣作為新食品原料的安全性。
歐盟專家組還評估了它們作為食品、食品補(bǔ)充劑、減肥產(chǎn)品、特醫(yī)食品中鎂和鈣來源的安全性。
歐盟專家組對此進(jìn)行了評估,得出結(jié)論認(rèn)為,基于目前數(shù)據(jù),尚不能確定兩種物質(zhì)作為鎂、鈣來源和新食品原料的安全性。

The present scientific opinion deals with the evaluation of the safety of di‐calcium malate (DCM) proposed as a novel food ingredient and as a source of calcium for use in foods for the general population, food supplements, total diet replacement for weight control and food for special medical purposes (FSMP), and with the bioavailability of calcium from this source. The structural formula of the proposed complex is based on expert judgement and not supported by any analytical data. On the basis of the available data, the Panel concluded that there was insufficient scientific evidence of a difference between the proposed novel food ingredient named as di‐calcium malate (DCM) and calcium malate already authorised as a source of calcium included in Annex II to Directive 2002/46/EC.
