食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  2020年5月27日，歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）發(fā)布關(guān)于甲酸鈣（Calcium formate）和甲酸鈉（Sodium formate）作為所有動(dòng)物物種飼料添加劑有效性的評(píng)估結(jié)果。

 

　　經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)估，專(zhuān)家小組認(rèn)為甲酸鈣和甲酸鈉在所有動(dòng)物物種飼料中作為防腐劑可能有效。由于缺乏數(shù)據(jù)，評(píng)估小組無(wú)法就甲酸鈉在飲用水中使用該添加劑的功效做出結(jié)論。部分原文報(bào)道如下：

 

　　In 2015, the EFSA Panel on Additives and Products or Substances used in Animal Feed （FEEDAP ） issued an opinion on the safety and efficacy of ammonium, calcium and sodium formate when used as a technological additive （preservative） for all animal species. Sodium formate was considered safe for all animal species at a maximum concentration of 10,000 mg formic acid equivalents/kg complete feed （with the exception of pigs, for which a maximum concentration of 12,000 mg formic acid equivalents/kg complete feed was considered safe）。

 

　　In 2014, the EFSA Panel on Additives and Products or Substances used in Animal Feed （FEEDAP ） issued an opinion on the safety and efficacy of calcium formate when used as a technological additive （preservative） for all animal species.
