食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)美國FDA消息，2014年3月26日美國FDA發(fā)布“應通報食品”注冊擬定法規(guī)預先通告，6月18日美國FDA再次就本法規(guī)征求意見，截止日期為2014年8月18日。

    所謂“應通報食品”是指該食品的使用或暴露存在引起人類、動物嚴重不良健康影響或死亡的合理的可能性。 “應通報食品”注冊（RFR）是行業(yè)向FDA提交“應通報食品”報告使用的電子工具。

    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is reopening the comment period for an additional 60 days on its advance notice of proposed rulemaking entitled “Implementation of the Food and Drug Administration Food Safety Modernization Act （FSMA） Amendments to the Reportable Food Registry （RFR） Provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.” In the advance notice of proposed rulemaking, FDA requested comments, data and information that will help to implement the new provisions to the RFR requirements added by FSMA.

    A reportable food is an article of food （other than dietary supplements or infant formula） for which there is a reasonable probability that use of, or exposure to, such article of food will cause serious adverse health consequences or death to humans or animals.
