食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  據(jù)美國食品藥品管理局（FDA）消息，9月16日美國FDA宣布，農(nóng)業(yè)部全國協(xié)會（NASDA）與FDA達成合作協(xié)議，同各州監(jiān)管機構(gòu)合作，為實施國家農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全條例提供關(guān)鍵信息。

    這份合作協(xié)議將為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全條例的實施提供資金支持，并制定條例完成后開始實施的時間表。

    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced today a new cooperative agreement with the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture （NASDA） related to the Food Safety Modernization Act （FSMA） to provide critical information to help plan and carry out implementation of a national produce safety rule, in partnership with state regulatory agencies.

    The cooperative agreement will provide the funding and support necessary to determine the current foundation of state law, the resources needed by states to implement the produce safety rule, as well as develop a timeline for successful implementation once the rule is finalized.
