哈佛教授稱(chēng),要求商家退還超收費(fèi)用給所有消費(fèi)者,最后商家愿意退還一半消費(fèi)金額。
中餐館老板拒絕提供要求的賠償退款,但愿意按舊網(wǎng)頁(yè)的舊價(jià)格退還差額,理由是該店已經(jīng)更新網(wǎng)頁(yè),并咨詢(xún)過(guò)律師,強(qiáng)調(diào)舊網(wǎng)頁(yè)上載明“價(jià)格有可能變更”的備注字樣。
