食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)外媒報道，美國爆發(fā)禽流感疫情造成雞蛋供應(yīng)量不足，以至雞蛋價格大幅度上漲。

    據(jù)報道，禽流感已經(jīng)導(dǎo)致美國大量雞和火雞感染病毒被宰殺。美國勞工部（Labor Department）15日表示，雞蛋的批發(fā)價格上漲84.5%。超市里一打雞蛋的零售價格6月份曾飆升至一打超過3美元。

    去年12月份美國爆發(fā)的疫情主要是由沿密西西比河、太平洋而來的野生候鳥傳染給當(dāng)?shù)厍蓊?，其中明尼蘇達(dá)州和愛荷華州最為嚴(yán)重。

    The outbreak of avian flu caused wholesale prices for eggs to jump 84.5 percent in June, the Labor Department said Wednesday. The spike comes amid otherwise tame inflation across the rest of the economy. The producer price index, which measures the costs of goods and services before they reach consumers, increased 0.4 percent in June. Over the past 12 months, producer prices have actually fallen 0.7 percent due to lower oil and gasoline costs. Wholesale gas prices rose 4.3 percent last month but are down 30.3 percent from a year ago. Core prices, which exclude energy and food, rose 0.3 percent in June.
