中國(guó)上海，2015年7月18日——麥德龍就最近媒體報(bào)道的上海柚子郎實(shí)業(yè)有限公司偽造《衛(wèi)生證書(shū)》事件，發(fā)表聲明如下：

    自2014年8月收到上海出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局就柚子郎涉嫌偽造《衛(wèi)生證書(shū)》的通知后，麥德龍立即將柚子郎產(chǎn)品全部下架封存；同時(shí)積極配合政府相關(guān)部門(mén)的有關(guān)工作，調(diào)查案件事實(shí)，收集并提供證據(jù)。

    這是一起嚴(yán)重的蓄意偽造國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)證件的經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪案件，麥德龍嚴(yán)厲譴責(zé)柚子郎的違法犯罪行為。

    METRO Statement for Shanghai Youzilang Criminal Case

    Shanghai, China, 18 July 2015 – Regarding the recent media reporting of Shanghai Youzilang Co., Ltd. criminal case of faking hygiene certificates, METRO China releases a statement as below:

    METRO China withdrew all the Youzilang products from all stores across the country on Aug. 29, 2014 when we received notification from CIQ that Youzilang was suspected of criminal action of faking administrative documents and certificates. METRO has also proactively cooperated with CIQ during the investigation of this case, including collecting and providing all related documents and proof.

    Youzilang case is a severe economic crime of faking administrative documents and certificates on purposes, and we condemn the criminal actions of the Youzilang employees which are totally intolerable.

    As the supplier for many key events in China, including the Beijing Olympic Games, Shanghai World Expo, Guangzhou Asian Games and APEC, METRO is the only wholesaler in China with all stores to operate in accordance with HACCP （Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points） standards to ensure that the processes of receiving, processing, storing and selling goods are hazard-free.

    We will further strengthen processes and procedures for selecting and auditing suppliers, and will fully cooperate with relevant government organizations to effectively monitor any possible illegal conduct of suppliers.
