食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報(bào)道,世界上最佳餐館之一丹麥的諾瑪(Noma)澳大利亞日在悉尼港灣巴朗加魯(Barangaroo)開業(yè)了。他們?cè)诎拇罄麃喼婚_店10周,網(wǎng)站26日上午開放接受預(yù)訂后,四分鐘內(nèi)所有位子預(yù)定完畢。
據(jù)報(bào)道,這家餐館這次在澳大利亞預(yù)定的菜單一直被這家四次被評(píng)為全球前50的餐館保密,部份原因是原材料需依靠時(shí)令食材,諾瑪餐廳廚師萊德澤皮(Rene Redzepi)想給客人一個(gè)驚喜。
世界知名廚師萊德澤皮(Ren Redzepi)自2003年建立諾瑪哥本哈根餐館以來,已創(chuàng)出含有當(dāng)?shù)刈匀缓臀幕瘍?nèi)涵特點(diǎn)的美食。他廣泛地采用當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民、牧民和其它生產(chǎn)者提供的食材,并通過烹調(diào)呈現(xiàn)菜肴的地理環(huán)境和季節(jié)特點(diǎn)。萊德澤皮在澳大利亞諾瑪展現(xiàn)了同樣的特色,把澳大利亞本土文化和食物種類的特點(diǎn)呈現(xiàn)在他的菜肴中。

Rene Redzepi is uprooting his acclaimed Copenhagen restaurant Noma, and relocating it to Australia.
It is yet another surprise move from the man commonly called the most influential chef in the world, and follows a sell-out five week relocation of the restaurant in Tokyo in early 2015.
Since opening Noma in 2003, the 37 year-old has transformed Scandinavia into the cutting edge of gastronomy, and changed the nature of dining across the world by focusing on the connection with nature and wild food.
