食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報道,大多數(shù)人并不了解,啤酒里面其實含有魚的成分。英國真麥酒促進組織(Campaign for Real Ale)現(xiàn)在一直在呼吁釀酒商研究替代品。
報道稱,一般提到啤酒成分,大多會列舉啤酒花、麥芽、大麥和水,外加酵母,幾乎不可能想到魚鰾,但其實啤酒可能都添加了魚鰾制成的魚膠。
早在19世紀,魚膠便被作為澄清劑用于啤酒,讓啤酒看起來更透亮、更吸引人,釀酒廠家普遍使用這種無味的添加物,從大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)的品牌到小型釀酒廠都一樣。
