據(jù)報道,本次研究基于倫敦帝國學(xué)院科研人員對約150例研究進行的審查。相關(guān)實驗研究了嬰兒攝取雞蛋和花生后帶來的影響。
科學(xué)家們發(fā)現(xiàn),如果在4至6個月大的寶寶飲食中添加雞蛋,每千名嬰兒中有24例過敏癥狀發(fā)生概率下降。給4至11個月大的寶寶喂食花生,每千名嬰兒有18例對花生的過敏幾率下降。

FEEDING eggs and peanuts to babies as young as four months old reduces the risk of allergies to those foods later in life, according to new research.
A review of almost 150 studies worldwide, released today, has found giving food allergens such as eggs to children in their first year of life drastically lowers the rates of allergy.
Researchers concluded with “moderate certainty” that children who were fed eggs at four to six months of age and peanuts between four and 11 months were associated with a reduced risk of both allergies.
