食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)食品行業(yè)網(wǎng)站消息,近期歐盟兩大非政府機(jī)構(gòu)對歐盟食品安全局公布的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),歐盟地區(qū)食品中丙烯酰胺含量較高。非政府機(jī)構(gòu)SumOfUs認(rèn)為,依靠企業(yè)來降低食品中的丙烯酰胺含量是失敗的。

歐盟成員國于2007-2014年期間向歐盟食品安全局提交了2.5萬個(gè)樣品數(shù)據(jù)。非政府機(jī)構(gòu)Changing Markets在上個(gè)月獲取了這些數(shù)據(jù)并與SumOfUs合作進(jìn)行了分析,并發(fā)布了研究報(bào)告。兩大機(jī)構(gòu)指出,其中12%的食品樣品中所含丙烯酰胺量超過歐盟限量水平。
