食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息,3月8日歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布EU2017/405號(hào)條例,修訂EC396/2005條例附件II和III中關(guān)于氟啶蟲胺腈(sulfoxaflor)在葡萄柚、堅(jiān)果等商品中的最大殘留限量。
新條例自公布20天后生效。

amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for sulfoxaflor in or on certain products
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,
Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 February 2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin and amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC (1), and in particular Article 14(1)(a) thereof.
