食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局(FSANZ)消息,8月21日澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局發(fā)布[22-17]號通報(bào),應(yīng)新西蘭初級產(chǎn)業(yè)部的請求,將就L-氨基酸酯(L-amino acid acetate)用于特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品征求意見。有關(guān)人員可于2017年8月28日之前提交意見。
在此之前,《澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法典》2.9.5號標(biāo)準(zhǔn)附件29-20已批準(zhǔn)L-賴氨酸醋酸酯用于特醫(yī)食品(L-賴氨酸醋酸酯為L-氨基酸酯的一種)。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估結(jié)論認(rèn)為,L-氨基酸酯用于特醫(yī)食品無健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。新西蘭初級產(chǎn)業(yè)部提出本次請求,旨在保障人體健康,并消除對貿(mào)易的不良影響。

FSANZ is considering an urgent Proposal prepared to remove a negative effect on trade in food for special medical purposes and has prepared a draft food regulatory measure. Pursuant to section 96 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 (FSANZ Act), FSANZ now calls for submissions to assist its consideration of that draft food regulatory measure.
The Proposal has been declared an urgent Proposal for the purposes of Division 4 of Part 3 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 (Cth) (the FSANZ Act).
Standard 2.9.5 and Schedule 29-20 of the Code currently permit L-lysine acetate as the only acetate form of single L-amino acids for use in FSMP.
