本次修訂的目的如下：

 

    細(xì)化雙殼貝類的相關(guān)要求；

 

    增加《2006動物產(chǎn)品（管控方案-雙殼貝類）條例》中通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)容；

 

    進(jìn)一步明確和確認(rèn)雙殼貝類操作人員有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

 

    列舉立法更新的內(nèi)容；

 

    采用最新MPI要求格式。

    The Ministry for Primary Industries （MPI） proposes to amend and replac the Animal Products （Specifications for bivalve molluscan shellfish） Notice 2006 with the Animal Products Notice: Specifications for bivalve molluscan shellfish （BMS） for human consumption.

 

    The purpose of this proposed Notice is to:

 

    specify the requirements for BMS for human consumption

 

    amplify the general standards in the Animal products （regulated control scheme - bivalve molluscan shellfish） regulations 2006

 

    improve clarity and to confirm the requirements and expectations for BMS operators

 

    reflect any legislative updates

 

    transfer to the new MPI requirements format.
