食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息,2月8日歐盟發(fā)布(EU) No 119/2014號(hào)委員會(huì)條例,就用于生產(chǎn)食品補(bǔ)充劑的富鉻酵母和加入食品的鉻(III)乳酸鹽三水合物修訂2002/46/EC和(EC)No1925/2006。
本法規(guī)增加富鉻酵母(chromium enriched yeast)作為食品補(bǔ)充劑中鉻的來源,并規(guī)定其干燥狀態(tài)含鉻230-300 mg/kg,其中四價(jià)鉻含量不超過總鉻的0.2%.同時(shí),增加鉻(III)乳酸鹽三水合物(chromium(III) lactate tri-hydrate)作為食品中三價(jià)鉻的來源。
本法規(guī)自發(fā)布之日起第20天后生效。
