食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息,8月10日歐盟發(fā)布委員會實施條例(EU)2015/1375,頒布肉類中旋毛蟲官方控制的具體規(guī)定,廢除(EC)2075/2005號、 (EC) No1665/2006等法規(guī)相關(guān)規(guī)定。該法規(guī)自2015年8月30日生效。
該法規(guī)附錄主要規(guī)定:旋毛蟲的檢測方法、肉類凍結(jié)方法、 肉類的進(jìn)口衛(wèi)生要求;豬肉以外馬肉、野味肉類和其他可能含有肉旋毛蟲的檢查;食品經(jīng)營場所條件控制與責(zé)任等。
