食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息,5月4日歐盟發(fā)布了(EU)2016/691條例,修訂歐盟委員會(EC)1333/2008號關(guān)于用于可食酪蛋白酸鹽中食品添加劑法規(guī)的附錄II,將可食用酪蛋白酸鹽內(nèi)容01.9置于食品分類01.8乳制品列表之后,同時批準(zhǔn)碳酸鈣、檸檬酸鈉等14種食品添加劑按生產(chǎn)需要量用于可食酪蛋白酸鹽。
新條例自發(fā)布后20日起開始實施。

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,
Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on food additives (1), and in particular Article 10(3) thereof,wheras:

Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 lays down a unio list of food additives approved for use in foods and their conditions of use.
