食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報(bào)道,美國(guó)宇航局(NASA)將撥款用以研發(fā)太空食品3D打印機(jī),為登陸火星的宇航員提供飲食。
據(jù)《華盛頓郵報(bào)》報(bào)道,NASA已選定總部位于德州的系統(tǒng)和材料研究公司(SMRC),并撥款125,000美元開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)適合宇航員的"營(yíng)養(yǎng)且美味的"食品3D打印機(jī)。
這種打印機(jī)使用"數(shù)字食譜",組合粉末產(chǎn)生出具有真正食物的結(jié)構(gòu)和質(zhì)地特性的食物來(lái),還包括氣味。
